How to apply
You can apply online direct to the University, using your existing University of Melbourne student login and password. As a current University of Melbourne student, you do not need to pay the application fee.
When you submit your application, send an email to ia-waiver@unimelb.edu.au, with "CURRENT STUDENT" and your student number in the subject line. We will confirm the application fee waiver within two University working days.
Please ensure that plan to have your application received by us before the relevant deadline.
If you wish, you can use the services of one of our authorised representatives.
Acknowledgement
The University will send an acknowledgement e-mail to you (or your authorised representative), usually within two days of receiving your application.
Please make sure you quote your student number in all correspondence with the University.
If your application is complete and we do not require any further information, then your application will be assessed. This takes approximately four weeks for most graduate courses, however some graduate schools assess applications in rounds on particular dates. Please check the faculties website for more details.
