最近教育部发出高考改革信息，英语将不再成为高考时统一考试的科目，考生将参加社会组织的英语水平考试，一年可以多考，而且成绩可能从原来的150分调低为120分或100分。围绕这一话题，某杂志向广大学生征文，请你用英语写一篇短文阐明你的想法和理由。

Recently, the Department of Education says that English will not be among the subjects of the National College Entrance Examination. Students can take the English examination several times a year and the mark might be reduced from 150 to 120 or 100. I qiute approve of the reform,which the following may account for.
First of all,for more than three decades, we Chinese students have been spending too much time on English study, but many of them seldom use English after graduation, which is really a waste of time. Meanwhile,quite a number of students ignore the study of Chinese.Compared with English,they spent much less time and energy studying Chinese. As for the change of the mark, I think it reasonable. As a Chinese, we should be more concerned about our native language.
To sum up, the examination reform will be popular with most parents,teachers and students. Students will have more time to study other subjects and attend more activities, and their lives will be more colorful.
