University HallMcMaster University (founded 1887), known for its high standard of excellence and a creative, innovative approach to learning and research, is located in the city of Hamilton in the beautiful province of Ontario, Canada. The campus is situated in the west end of the city on approximately 300 acres of natural parkland. The campus atmosphere is friendly, casual and cosmopolitan, with many support facilities and groups assisting students with their day-to-day needs and concerns. The University is home to students from over 70 different countries.
McMaster University has six faculties: Engineering, Business, Science, Health Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities. Scholarships and Bursaries
At McMaster University, international students who have registered to begin their full time study in an undergraduate programme are eligible to receive the Dean's Scholarships. It is a discipline based entrance scholarship for foreign students, the amount of the award is up to $2000 .
The applicant must fulfill all the requirements needed to gain entrance into an undergraduate programme at McMaster. Upon registration into an undergraduate programme the applicant will be AUTOMATICALLY considered for the Dean's Scholarship based on the student's past academic standing and potential for success in the programme.
