$360 RezNet service for eight months
$50 Laundry debit card (non-refundable)
$1.75 Laundry - basic wash or dry (laundry debit card)
CHARGES (Students are assigned charges because of direct out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Housing & Ancillary Services)
$5 Replacement laundry card (card only)
$25 Charge for dish/tray/cutlery removal from dining halls
$25 Minimum RezNet reactivation charge
$100 Charge for unauthorized extended stay per night
$50 Misuse of a fire door
$170 Lock change/reprogramming charge (actual cost)
$200 Fire alarm resetting (covers electrician costs)
$200 Accidental fire alarm (e.g., Cooking)
$700 Unintended fire alarm resulting from prohibited activity (e.g., Hall Sports, Horseplay)
$950 Malicious fire alarm (e.g., Tampering with fire equipment + damages)
FINES (Students are assigned fines as a deterrent to certain behaviour)
$10(begins)Fine for excessive use of spare key (in excess of 2 times per calendar month). It goes up in $5 increments for each successive spare key per month
$75 Minimum fine for unauthorized use of keys
$50 Screen, closet door or bedboard removal fine
$50 Smoking fine (first offense)
$25 Malicious damage fine plus restitution
$50 Fine for throwing food
$30 Minimum bio-hazardous clean-up fine (vomit and other bodily fluids)

$100 Failure to evacuate during a fire alarm
