In France, public halls of residence are managed by the CROUS. There are different types of accommodation:
- Furnished room with shared bathroom and kitchen Price from 158€/month
- Furnished room with kitchen inside and shared bathroom Price from 197€/month
- Furnished room with bathroom inside and shared kitchen. Some have kitchen inside.Price from 238€/month
It’s also possible to find accommodation apart from public halls of residence (private halls of residence, private flats, shared private flats)

eu students: please bring your european insurance card.
non eu students under 28 years oLd: subscription to the student social security is mandatory. You must fill in the registration form when you enrol at the University and pay the registration fees (around 215€/year). You will have
to choose a social security payment centre for the reimbursement of any social benefits: SMENO or LMDE.
Student Social Security will not cover 100% of your medical costs. To be entirely covered, we strongly advise you to join a healthcare insurance called “mutuelle”.
