These are the entry requirements for full-time undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

| Undergraduate | Chinese Undergraduate ‘Ben’ke’ Graduation Certificate (four years full time, without degree)
Higher Education Diploma Graduation Certificate ‘Da’Zhuan’ (three years full time)
Higher Education Self Study Graduation Certificate ‘Zi’Kao’
Equivalent to Diploma of Higher Education (DipHE) Standard (including BTEC and SQA HND Diploma)
Will be considered for undergraduate bachelor's degree study second or third year entry; or pre-master’s programme in relevant subject areas
Required: academic exam results with a 75% average or GPA 2
International Baccalaureate (IB) Will be considered for admission to our bachelor's degree programmes
Average points required 24 | IELTS 6.0 for Art, Design and Technology subjects
IELTS 6.5 for Business, Law, Social Sciences, Sciences and Humanities subjects
IELTS 7.0 for MPharm, Nursing, Midwifery, Audiology, Speech and Language Therapy
Integrated Skills In English Trinity College Level 2/3 |
| Postgraduate | Chinese bachelor's degree (four years full time)
Equivalent to UK bachelor's (honours) degree
Will be considered for postgraduate taught master’s studies
Required: academic exam results averagely at around 70% or GPA 2.5
Chinese master's degree (three years full time)
Equivalent to UK master's degree
Will be considered for postgraduate research MPhil/PhD studies
Required: academic exam results averagely at around 70% or GPA 2.5
Satisfactory research proposal by potential academic supervisor | IELTS 6.0 for Art, Design and Technology subjects
IELTS 6.5 for Business, Law, Social Sciences, Sciences and Humanities subjects
IELTS 7.0 for LLM
