Deadlines
Fall semester (mid-August) - All application materials must be received by June 1.
Spring semester (early January) - All application materials must be received by November 1.
Summer semester (early May) - All application materials must be received by April 1.
Admission Requirements
Online Application and U.S. $40 Application Fee
For help navigating the application, check-out How to Apply to UW! A non-refundable application fee of U.S. $40.00 is required before the application can be submitted. This fee cannot be waived or deferred. If this fee is submitted in the form of an international money order or a check, it must be drawn on a U.S. bank, made payable to the UW Admissions Office. Please print your full legal name on your check or money order.
Provide Certified and Attested Copy of Transcripts
The school must send official transcripts (mark sheets, transcripts, exam results, certificates, diploma, etc.). Required academic records (mark sheets, transcripts, exam results, certificates, diploma, etc.) must be original or certified true copies sent by the school in a sealed envelope. All records should be submitted in the native language and accompanied with an official English translation.
Provide Proof of English Proficiency (for non-native English speakers)
Min. score 71 for iBT/ 6.0 IELTS
Engineering Students Min. score 80 for iBT/ 6.5 for IELTS
Nursing students Min. score 90 for iBT with minimum skill scores of 21 Reading, 21 Listening, 25 Speaking, 23 Writing - click here for more information
Pharmacy students should consult directly with the Pharmacy school on their requirement
Provide Proof of Financial Support
Official bank statement
UW's Confidential Financial Statement and Affidavit of Support. All financial documents must be originals. You may scan and email the original documents to us at admissions@uwyo.edu.
Copy of Passport (Passport copy can be submitted via a scanned e-mail to admissions@uwyo.edu)
If you are currently studying at a U.S. Institution, please provide your school’s immigration coordinator with the following details for transfer:
