GRADUATE CERTIFICATE AND GRADUATE DIPLOMAS
You must have either one of the following:
an approved three-year undergraduate degree or equivalent from an approved university or other educational institution
equivalent qualifications through examination or relevant professional or industrial experience.
MASTER'S DEGREE BY COURSEWORK
You've completed at least a three-year undergraduate degree, or equivalent, of an acceptable standard from an approved university or other educational institution.
MASTER’S DEGREE BY RESEARCH
You have a bachelor's degree with honours (second class or above) from a recognised tertiary institution in an appropriate discipline for which Deakin can provide the required supervisory expertise.

Postgraduate requirementsOur English language requirements are divided into five bands – from Band A through to Band E.
Band A represents the most basic English skills required and Band E represents the highest.

All postgraduate courses at Deakin are classified as Band B unless specified below.
