How to Apply
Applications to most graduate programmes by coursework and dissertation are done online. Some, however, have specific admissions process (see list below for list of such programmes).
The online application process is given below:

南洋理工大学的大部分授课型研究生专业以及论文研究生专业的申请都是在网上进行的。但是，一些专业有特定的申请流程。
网上入学申请流程如下：
Apply Online
Complete set of supporting documents (must be legible) have to be uploaded via the fully digital application portal. Do not send hardcopy of admission package.
Applications are to be submitted electronically only. Late submissions would not be accepted and any other form of submission would not be processed. The School may contact applicants about additional information or documents at a later date (if required).
If you are applying to more than one programme, please use the same application number and pay application fee for each programme applied. Ensure that the payment is made to the correct programme code. Mode of payment for digital application is only by online payment via credit card.
1、网上申请
完成一系列的支持性文件(必须是符合要求的文件)，通过全数字申请入口上传。请不要递交纸质入学申请文件。
入学申请只可以递交电子档。南洋理工大学将不会接受逾期申请，以及任何其他形式的入学申请。南洋理工大学在晚些时候可能会联系申请者递交额外的文件和信息(如果需要的话)。
如果你不止申请一个专业，请使用同样的申请号码，并且针对每一个专业支付单独的申请费用。务必保证支付中使用的是正确的专业代码。电子申请的费用支付方式只可以通过信用卡在网上进行。
Supporting Documents
If you have successfully completed the admission application for non-subsidised programme, you will need to send in the admission package (i.e. supporting documents along with the completed application form) andapplication fee by the specified due date.
If you wish to apply for admission to more than one programme, please submit a separate application package foreach programme. (Should the programmes fall under the same office, you may submit the application packages in one envelope).
State the programme applied for on the top left hand corner of the envelope.
List of Supporting Documents
The following documents must be submitted in the given order. The application form should be the first document on top.
Documents submitted in support of your application are non-refundable. Please send only clearly legible photocopies of documents. Do not submit original documents. Original documents should be produced at a later date upon request. The university will not be responsible for the loss, damage or return of original documents submitted.
One recent passport-sized coloured photograph to be affixed on the top right corner of the application form.
NRIC/Passport or Citizenship Certificate.
Documentary proof:
Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) – Blue NRIC or a valid Re-Entry Permit - (scanned copy)
Part-Time International candidate - Immigration Pass (e.g. Employment/Diplomatic/Dependent Pass or Work Permit) issued by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority - (scanned copy)
Transcript(s) and Degree Scroll(s) of University academic records must be in English, otherwise an official English translation must also be provided.
Applicants who graduated from polytechnics in Singapore must also submit their polytechnic results.
Documentary proof of present and previous employment with designation, dates of appointment and resignation indicated (e.g. IR8A forms or letters of appointment and resignation).
TOEFL/IELTS results (apply only to graduates of universities with non-English medium of instruction).
Note : GRE score is not compulsory for admission to coursework programmes.
Professional qualifications/membership certificates, if any.
Any other relevant documents (e.g. supporting letter from your employer or referee). Note: There is no fixed standard format for reference letters.
* Note: For programmes offered by Nanyang Business School and S.Rajaratnam School of International Studies, there may be extra documents required by these schools. Please follow the requirements listed in the School's online application form or website.
2、支持性文件
如果你成功完成了非补助专业的入学申请，你将需要递交以下入学申请支持性文件(例如与完整的入学申请表递交的支持性文件)，并且在具体的截止时间之前支付申请费用。
如果你申请了多个专业，请递交单独的申请材料给每一个意向专业。(如果所申请专业在同一个招生办公室的话，那么你可以使用一个信封递交申请材料。)
在信封的左上角说明所申请专业。

- 一张最近的护照照片尺寸大学的彩色照片，粘贴在入学申请表的右上角;
- NRIC/护照或者公民身份证明;
- 文件证明：
新加坡永久居民(SPR) – 蓝色NRIC或者是有效的重新入境许可(扫描复印件);
非全日制的国际学生 - 新加坡移民与关卡局签发的移民卡(例如雇佣/外交/直系亲属证或者工作许可)(扫描复印件);
- 大学学术记录的成绩单以及学位证书必须是英文，否则需要提供正式的英文翻译文件;
- 从新加坡理工学院毕业的申请者必须递交其在理工学院的成绩;
- 目前或者之前的雇佣证明文件，说明工作地点、工作时间以及辞职说明(例如IR8A表格或者是入职信或者辞职信);
- 托福考试成绩/雅思考试成绩(仅仅适用于从非英语授课学校毕业的学生);
请注意：GRE考试成绩对于申请授课型研究生专业而言不是强制性的。
- 专业资格/组织关系，如果有的话;
- 任何其他相关文件(例如从你的雇主或者推荐者那里获得的支持性)。请注意：推荐信没有固定的标准格式。
*请注意：由南洋理工大学的南阳商学院以及拉惹勒南国际研究学院提供的专业，可能要求申请者递交额外的文件。请按照各个学院的相关具体要求来递交必要文件。
Pay Application Fee
The application fee is S$21.40 per programme applied. Ensure that application fee is made to the correct programme code. Please note that applications without application fee will not be processed.
You can pay by any of the following modes:
Online payment via credit card (Digital applications can only use this mode)
DBS/POSB ATM
Cheque/Bank Draft/Money Order/Cashier's Order
NETS
Important Notes
Application fee is non-refundable
DO NOT send cash by POST. Only Cheques / Bankdrafts are to be sent by post.
We accept cheques drawn with Singapore banks only. The Cheque / Bankdraft must be made payable to Nanyang Technological University
Applications not following the above guidelines will be deemed invalid and will not be processed. No further notification will be sent to these applicants.
3、支付申请费用
南洋理工大学每一个研究生专业的申请费用是S$21.40。请在支付申请费用的时候，务必保证使用正确的专业代码。请注意，没有支付申请费用的入学申请将不会被处理。
你可以选择以下方式来支付你的申请费用：
- 使用信用卡在网上支付(数字申请只能够选择这种付款方式);
- DBS/POSB ATM;
- 支票/银行汇票/现金汇票/银行本票;

重要提示：
申请费用是不可退还费用!

没有按照上述申请指导进行的入学申请将被认为是无效申请，并且将不会被审核处理。这些申请者也不会收到进一步的通知信息。
Check Application/Result Status
Owing to the large number of applicants, we are unable to attend to phone or email enquiries on application status/results. You may check your application status* but only after you have received our acknowledgement receipt of your application.
* Not applicable for scholarship applicants
4、检查申请状态/结果
因为南洋理工大学大量的申请者，所以招生老师不能够电话或者邮件告知每一位申请者的入学申请结果/状态。但是在你收到南洋理工大学发出的入学申请确认接收文件之后，就可以在网上查询自己的入学申请结果/状态。
*不适用于奖学金申请者。
