写作须知
推荐信的重要性是不言而喻的，在和所申请学校没有太多的联系的情况下，推荐信是他人了解你的重要依据。可以说推荐信的成败从某种程度来说决定了申请的成功与否，其分量仅次于本科成绩单和标准化考试成绩。
推荐信的写作一般是通过国内（最好在国际上有点影响力）专家学者向对方介绍申请人的学习和专业方向研究兴趣偏好等情况。包括给予客观的品质和能力上的评价，也会涉及潜力和潜质的展望。瑞典多数学校都要求申请人提交两到三封的推荐信，一般还要求相关主管人或知名学者直接寄给指定的单位。
结构要求
第一段写一些基本情况。推荐人和申请人的基本关系，如何相识，以及相识多久等最好提及，所要申请的学期科系等。
第二段是深化阶段。这一段也很关键，主要是推荐人对申请人的资格评估，对申请人基本印象如何，申请人有何特别之处，举例证明一下，不过不宜长篇大论。
第三段可以说是核心部分。这一段主要是推荐人对申请人的个人特质的评估，以褒奖为主，间或添加一些不伤大雅的缺点。注意一定要有闪光点，这也是申请人与众不同的地方，既不夸张又显真实。需要用事实证明一下，事实胜于雄辩。还有，要比较注意有技巧的说明一些申请人具有多么无限的潜力，对相关领域的研究兴趣有多么浓厚。这些都更容易让人心动。
注意事项
写推荐信也是文件，文件一般有它的格式，所以要跟着格式走。但是也要不拘一格，你写出的东西和别人如果千篇一律的话，势必不会给人怎么深刻的印象。
当然还有一些注意事项提醒你，篇幅不要太长，再怎么华丽都会让人审美疲劳，一张A4纸500字的英文就够了，所以打打草稿还是有必要的。另外，推荐人的签名，是不可缺少的。
第一、给推荐老师足够的时间去写你们的推荐信：至少在你们的申请提交前两个月。同时，应该约好时间与即将为你们写推荐信的老师进行简要的交谈。
第二、选择能为你的品德和智能担保的推荐老师。
第三、可以考虑选择曾经教过你们的老师来为你们推荐，这些学科应该是你们感兴趣但又不是你们格外用功的。
第四、可以考虑选择曾经教过你们大学想要继续深造的研究领域的老师来为你们推荐。
第五、当你们想要与推荐老师会面时，应该为他们准备一张包括以下信息的信息单：你们所要申请的学校，以及你们之所以选择申请这些学校的情况说明；你们最喜欢的、长期坚持的活动，以及你们选择这些活动的原因；你们所取得的最自豪的荣誉和成绩，以及为什么这些成绩对你们重要和特别的情况说明；任何可能影响到你们高中生活的个人问题（比如上学路程长、课外工作、家庭问题等）。

ms. shan is good at communicating in both oral and written english. some of he most important undergraduate courses were taught by amer university of international business and economics。
