一、推荐人
这个人是一定很熟悉你在课堂上的表现的人，你可以去找你成绩比较好的那门课程的老师，这个老师不一定是比较出名的老师，但是一定是非常的了解你学术能力的老师。
如果给你写推荐信的人和你并不熟，甚至是这个老师不认识你，那么这个老师写出来的推荐信是虚假的，不能让人信服。只有对你非常熟悉的老师写出来的推荐信才是真实可信的。
你也要给推荐人足够的时间去写推荐信，老师们平时可能要上课很忙，他们可能没有很多的时间去准备素材，你可以先找老师沟通，谈谈你对申请的学校以及专业的认识，分享一下你的目标和职业规划，把自己的优缺点都详细跟老师说说，帮助老师回忆起共同的经历。你可以把你写好的个人简历拿给老师看看，一起找出写作的好素材。
二、内容
推荐信里面要先介绍推荐人和学生的关系，内容上主要是写对学生的能力方面的推荐，要通过几个具体的例子来描述学生的优势，比如在描写到学生的能力的时候，就可以把学生的成绩、获得过的奖励和参加过的学术会议给讲述出来。
如果是说工作方面的事情的话，可以说一下学生的领导能力和团队写作能力等等，学生对待学习和工作的态度是推荐人要进行评价的。最后还要说明是支持学生到这个学校学习此专业的，并且对学生是充满信心的，能够对学生能够进入到这个学校而感到自豪。
三、注意事项
递交推荐信是有截止的时间的，要提醒推荐人截止的时间是在哪一天，推荐信的内容最好是控制在一张A4纸，如果内容写得太多了的话，招生的老师也是没有耐心都把它看完的。
还有要写得客观一些，对学生太过于肯定的话是不会让招生的老师相信事实就是如此的，可以在推荐信中说一下学生还有哪些要改进的地方。
