　　根据四川省高等教育招生考试委员会、四川省教育厅《关于做好2017年成人高等教育本科毕业生申请学士学位外国语水平考试报名及考试工作的通知》(川招考委〔2017〕4号)文件精神，为了做好我校2017年成人高等教育本科毕业生申请学士学位外国语水平考试的报名工作，现将有关事项通知如下：

　　一、报考对象及条件

　　四川省成教学位外语考试作为我省成人高等教育本科毕业生学士学位申请的必备条件，凡经教育部批准、国家承认学历的普通高等学校和独立设置的成人高等学校举办的成人本科、网络教育和高等教育自学考试本科在校(籍)生(含港澳台学生)和在2015年4月1日后获得本科毕业证的成人高等教育本科毕业生(以下简称为成教本科生)均可报名参考。

　　二、报考考试语种和考试时间及考点名称

　　考试语种：英语、日语。

　　考试大纲：英语使用教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心编写制《成人高等教育本科生学士学位英语水平考试大纲(非英语专业)》(2016年12月第二版);日语使用教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心编写的《成人高等教育本科生学士学位日语水平考试大纲》(2013年5月第一版)。

　　考试时间：2017年4月23日(星期日)上午9:00—11:00。

　　考点名称：西华师范大学。

　　三、报名程序及报名时间

　　(一)网上报名与缴费

　　1、网上报名时间：2017年3月1日—3月10日。

　　2、网上报名程序：报考者登陆四川省成教学位外语考试网报系统(网址：http://cxw.sc.edu.cn)进行注册，按提示和要求准确填写、提交报名信息，上传规定标准的电子照片，并完成网上缴费。

　　(二)现场确认

　　1、现场确认时间：2017年3月19日08:30—11:30，3月20日—21日8:30—11:30和15:00—17:00。

　　2、现场报名地点：四川文理学院莲湖校区行政办公楼2021#(教务处教行科办公室)。

　　3、报名程序：

　　(1)网上报名成功的考生在现场报名时，须持与网上报名所使用的身份证件一致的证件原件和毕业证书原件(仅对已取得毕业证书的考生)，到现场报名地点核验和确认报名信息。

　　(2)考生核对打印出的考生《报名情况登记表》，并签字确认。

　　(3)只在网上报名未在规定时间内办理现场报名手续者，本次报名无效，所交考试报名费不退。
