All of these systems must work in tandem in order for the plane to fly.

GRE，全称Graduate Record Examination，中文名称为美国研究生入学考试，适用于除法律与商业外的各专业，由美国教育考试服务处(Educational Testing Service，简称ETS)主办，GRE是世界各地的大学各类研究生院(除管理类学院，法学院)要求申请者所必须具备的一个考试成绩，也是教授对申请者是否授予奖学金所依据的最重要的标准。

Meltzoff and Moore reported experiments showing that human newborns possess the ability to imitate certain facial expressions, such as a protruding tongue or an open mouth. 题干提出观点：政府应集中解决眼前的麻烦而不是试图解决未来可能会遇到的问题。
要求对此观点表明你的观点，是同意还是反对到何种程度，并需要解释原因。
写文章时，先清楚阐述急需解决的问题和未来可能出现的问题之间的关系，且一定要从政府这一角度入手，论证为什么你认为要先解决当前问题或者为什么要解决未来的问题等。
思路：
1. 政府急需解决的问题有：贫富差距悬殊，环境污染，失业率增长，就业率过低，义务教育得不到落实等等，这些都是从人民生活实际出发，只有解决了这些，才能使得社会稳定，打好根基等。
