　　GRE阅读所有的文章，都不是通过照搬照抄原有的学术论文而创作出来的，尤其固定的创作思路，一般是通过出题机构，选择“源文章”，然后再根据出题要求对文章进行改编，具体流程分为以下几个步骤：

　　1)源文章的搜集

　　对于ETS来说，常用的方法就是利用软件，自动检索数字论文题库，然后筛选与考试风格比较相似的文章，搜寻的网络包含《纽约时报》、《华盛顿邮报》、American Journal of Economics and Sociology——social sciences、business Horizons —— business、Commentary —— social sciences等。

　　2)文章内容的改编

　　GRE阅读真题的文章都不是信手拈来，照抄照搬的文章，选择有用的文章，然后对部分内容进行大量的改动，才能成为GRE阅读真题的蓝版。

　　改写的方式：会大量使用分词及从句，使句子变得更紧凑、更严密。文章虽然被改动，但是文章中鲜明态度以及清晰的层次结构是不会变的。
