　　“学习计划书”的行文风格和文章结构与个人陈述有很大不同，不需要太多个性化和感性的描述，要结构清晰、简单，逻辑严密，阐述的事实明确，相关论据有力可信，不能和其他材料发生矛盾。

　　4、 介绍留学所需资金及来源(如果资金组成比较复杂，可以额外撰写资金来源解释);

　　由于使馆的工作人员每天要处理大量的文件，因此学习计划书切不可写的太长，一般不应超过800字，并且说明一个问题最好只用一个段落，段落前加上标题，以便使馆的工作人员对您一段内容的中心思想一目了然。您的阐述应该非常清晰易读。在申请留学及签证过程中，学习计划(study plan)是申请人能否顺利获签的关键材料之一，撰写时要重点突出未来规划。

　　刚出国留学的时候，很多学生都会对续签比较陌生，甚至分不清楚往返签证跟Study Permit 。我们的签证都是具有有效期，如果忘记续签，甚至会对继续在外学习及放假回国往返造成非常大的影响。

　　往返签证，即Visa用于加拿大和中国之间的往返。即使往返签证到期但Study Permit没到期，这时你仍然可以合法在加拿大境内逗留，但是一旦回国就不能再返回加拿大了，除非在国内及时续签往返签证。所以建议大家在回国之前在加拿大续签好往返签证，这样比较保险。

　　续签往返签证和学生签证都要在到期前的4-6周开始递交申请，可以跟学校的国际留学生办公室的老师咨询具体的续签手续。由于大量的续签案件积压，处理周期也在上升，所以建议大家尽可能早的申请。
