　　Parnell Student Village is a 2-storey and 3-storey timber clad complex, consisting of 18 fully-furnished flats, each with their own bathroom. There are 4 four-bedroom, 11 five-bedroom, 2 six-bedroom and 1 eight bedroom flats available.

　　The Accommodation Management team which consists of the Area Manager, Area Administrator, Area Officer and Resident Advisors provide personal support throughout your stay and arrange a number of social and recreational activities during the year. Our Resident Advisors all live on-site to ensure you have a duty person available 24 hours a day.

　　The reception services are provided at nearby Carlaw Park Student Village.

　　一、 奥克兰大学学生宿舍环境

　　学生宿舍楼共有三幢,主要供一年级的新生使用,配有全套服务,其中有三餐供应。

　　公寓内有各种共用设施和厨房设备,学生们可使用两个公共厨房自己做饭。

　　共有203套配家具的现代房屋,提供了独立的居住环境,学生可以选择单人房,两卧室的双人/家庭住房,还有三卧室住房供学生合用。

　　二、 奥克兰大学住宿费用

　　奥克兰大学留学可以选择的住宿方式有3种，分别是学生公寓、homestay、租房。

　　奥克兰大学的校内住宿方式有提供餐饮的宿舍楼和膳食自理的公寓两种，住宿期限分为一学年或一个学期。提供餐饮的宿舍楼一个标准的单人间一学年的住宿费NZ$8，000-13，000，膳食自理的公寓的一个单人间一学年的住宿费NZ$8，500-12，100。

　　住宿费要一次性交齐，如果合同期限是一学年，则可以分两次在学期初缴交。为了安全考虑，现金的最高限额NZ$250，建议你通过银行缴交住宿费用。
