　　Well, my way of saving money is to do things myself. Actually, it’s been a while since the last time I did it, but I’m gonna share it with you anyway.

　　练习雅思口语时，总会发现不同阶段所面临的问题是不尽相同的。以下进行了粗略的划分：新手阶段、瓶颈阶段和进化阶段，并且分别介绍了此阶段练习时的基本方法和注意事项。

　　新手阶段

　　如果你是个新手，没什么好担心的，一张白纸非常适合书写任何你想要的内容。

　　首先，你必须现在就开始练习，抓住每一个可以开口说英语的机会：例如，找到和你有着共同目标的朋友进行口语练习;找些实用性较强的文章进行大声朗读;借用听力练习的文字材料，对照录音进行跟读;甚至于在你背单词的时候，借用那些例句作为练习的素材。

　　当然你也会有这样的疑问：觉得话题范围太广或数量太多，不知道从哪里着手准备。那我建议你从“解剖”自己开始：练习介绍自己，把自己“从外到内”地剖析一遍。可以涉及你的外貌特征、性格特点、工作学习、家人朋友、兴趣爱好等等。但需要注意的是，这种练习并不是以自我介绍为最终目的，而是要以自我介绍为起点，发散至其他常见话题。

　　瓶颈阶段

　　如果你现在只是用“可以接受的”这样一个词来形容自己的口语水平，我猜测你是不满意现状的，虽然已经有一定的知识积累，也敢于开口表达自己，但是在一些细节处总有疏漏，而且在回答考官问题的时候总是达不到期望的状态。那么这时候，你在练习中就需要注意以下几个方面：

　　要注意答题的深度，不能够停留在浅层次的叙述上，而是要去思考和挖掘这些话题潜在的内容和意义。最直接的方法就是在你抛出任何一句话之后，紧接着用下面这些问题(为什么?有例子可以证明么?有可以对比的对象么?)的答案来解释上面那一句话。

　　要注意积累不同口语话题可能会使用到的词汇。例如：自己设定某种场景，然后联想此种场景下常会发生的状况，并且思考会用到哪些相关词汇，罗列出来以加深记忆。这样下次碰到相关或类似话题，就不会觉得词穷了。

　　要时刻提醒自己注意单词、词组或句子的使用是否正确。特别是细节之处，如时态是否正确，人称代词(例：他/她)的使用是否得当等等。

　　进化阶段

　　如果你的目标已经近在咫尺了，我坚信你绝对不会错过自我提升与进化的阶段，那么，除了把握住日常练习口语的机会外，你可以考虑一下“自言自语”练习法：随机选取一个话题进行叙述(自问自答式或独白式均可)，不断变换用词和句型，随时更正语法，努力做到每一观点都表述清楚，每句话都言之有物。

　　明确自己所处的阶段，然后有的放矢的使用不同的练习方法，能够提高练习的效率和质量，更快的达到我们理想的状态。
