二、给定资料

1.一位品学兼优的少年一夜间神情恍惚，成绩一落千丈；一名年轻有为的白领突然性情大变，继而走上了

性犯罪的道路；一群天真无邪的少男少女渐渐不思进取，整日混迹于各个网吧……千千万万父母因此而痛心疾首，发出强烈呼吁：“救救我们的孩子！”

2.在一个名叫“珍爱伊网”的论坛中，“激情交友”“火爆美女”等字样和淫秽图片充斥了整个网页。在这个论坛的一些栏目中，还专门为浏览者提供贴图的空间，而所贴图片大都不堪入目。此外，这个论坛还有专门介绍如何偷拍、贴图等发布淫秽图片的方法。

3.2004年6月10日，在国务院新闻办和信息产业部指导下，由国家相关部门主办的“违法和不良信息举报中心”网站正式开通。网站的开通，立即引起了社会各界的强烈反响，日访问量高达400万人次。头3天里，举报中心就收到各类举报4603件，其中95％以上都是针对淫秽色情网站的。

4.2004年7月9日，公安部在北京召开紧急会议，通报了当前全国范围内涉及淫秽色情网站的有关情况，就下一个阶段在全国范围内组织开展专项打击行动作了具体研究和前期动员。7月6日，国务院召开全国打击淫秽色情网站专项行动电视电话会议，动员部署这场全国范围内的打击淫秽色情网站专项行动的具体方案和要求。

5.2004年4月底，犯罪嫌疑人荣超使用黑客攻击手段，针对天津某单位服务器上存在的漏洞，利用软件对该服务器实施远程控制后，上传了淫秽网站的网页数据，建立了性福天堂色情网站。通过分析荣超所建网站的数据库，发现在性福天堂网站上，存在着大量的淫秽图片、文字以及荣超在上面发布的黄色电影网站。这些内容包罗万象，极其淫秽，极易引诱人犯罪。此网站自建立起来后，共有300多万人次到过此网站访问，其中会员达190多万人次，游客近115万人次，网页总页面流量达3400万人次，平均每人游览11.26次，注册会员6.6万多人，涉及全国各地以及港台澳和海外。目前，这个年龄不足20岁、仅有初中文化程度的犯罪嫌疑人荣超，已被公安机关批捕。

6.上海网舟网络科技有限公司，坐落在一个约10平方米的民宅里，屋里零乱地堆放着几台电脑和其他设备，没有人会把这个并不起眼的电脑软件公司同这场惊心动魄的打击淫秽色情网站专项行动的“1号”专案联系在一起。

由骆某某、俞某某和陈某三个年轻人合伙开办的这家科技公司，自2004年初起还建立和维护着一个名为“linkboat”的网站。警方通过大量的排查工作，获悉该网站就是一个淫秽色情网站，所涉的大量淫秽色情电影和图片不堪入目。同时，该网站通过会员注册、付费、下载等方式，获取了大量非法收入。7月10日凌晨4点，还在睡梦中的犯罪嫌疑人骆某某被警方抓获。此后，警觉的俞某某不但迅速将网站服务器内的有关内容进行删除，还躲到了他姐姐家中，就在侦查员出现在他面前时，他还恬不知耻地称自己的所作所为对得起自己的良心。
