二、租赁期

2.2 租赁期满,甲方有权收回该融资,乙方应如期归还;乙方如要求续租,须在 本合同期满前 个月向甲方提出书面申请,经甲方同意后重新签订租赁合同。

I f Party B wishes to extend the lease, Party B is required to give written notice to Party A months prio r to the expiry of the lease an d subject to Party A an d Party B's consent, a new leasing contract shall be signed.
