Find out specific program requirements on the relevant program page on the Courses and Programs website or download a copy of the 2014 Minimum Entry Requirements for International Undergraduate Programs table [PDF]. Please also check the Australian Year 12 Subject Equivalents table.
If you are an international student currently studying year 12 in Australia, you must achieve the entry overall position (OP) or tertiary entrance rank (TER) equivalents determined for each program. See Prerequisites for international students studying year 12 in Australia for more information.
A small number of programs have limited (quota) places available. In these instances you might night need to meet a higher standard than the minimum required to gain entry.
A small number of programs require higher levels of English language proficiency.
UQ assesses applications on a case-by-case basis. Meeting the minimum entry requirements does not guarantee entry to the University's undergraduate programs.

If you do not meet academic entry requirements, you may consider taking the Certificate IV in University Preparation (UQ Foundation Year) offered by International Education Services (IES).
View the pathways for the UQ Foundation Year [PDF] into UQ's undergraduate degrees.
If you wish to study the Bachelor of Business Management at UQ, but do not meet the entry requirements, you may enrol in the UQ accredited Associate Degree in Business program. Delivered by UQ College at the UQ Ipswich campus, this program can be a standalone qualification, or pathway into the fourth semester of UQ’s Bachelor of Business Management.
