Career & Work 职业&就业
The Mirae Human Resource Development Center is dedicated to providing counsel and support to students in their search for employment. It provides thorough career education and develops the vocational ability of students in a way that reinforces their competencies while offering a range of counseling programs that help students overcome interpersonal conflicts and career hurdles.
The Mirae Human Resource Development Center has three convenient locations: on the 2nd floor of Munchang Hall on Busan Campus, on the 1st floor of the Student Center on Miryang Campus, and on the 2nd floor of the Biomedical Science Library on Yangsan Campus.
未来人才发展中心旨在加强在校学生的竞争力，为其就业提供支援服务。为学生将来解决人际关系的矛盾和毕业后的前途提供多种咨询服务。
未来人才发展中心的总部有三个办公地点：釜山校区位于文昌会馆2楼，密阳校区分院位于学生会馆1楼，梁山校区位于医生命科学图书馆2楼。
Employment Support Programs
We offer a comprehensive range of support programs to aid students in their search for employment such as hosting various job fairs and career camps, operating spaces for Surion and other job seekers’ clubs, helping to prepare students for the class 7 and class 9 public officers certification examination, holding practice tests for the comprehensive skills examination, and providing customized job counseling
We run field experience sessions as well as courses for developing vocational competencies; our programs include domestic and overseas internship programs, an accreditation program for field practice, and job experience programs
The center’s job café maintains various publications on job searches, job interviews and HR development, and its enterprise data room has information on questions frequently asked during job interviews as well as information on businesses and alumni
就业支持项目
为在校生提供一系列全面的支助方案以帮助学生在寻找就业机会，例如举办各种就业说明会，就业咨询，就业训练营，SURION就业社团，帮助学生准备7，9级公务员考试备考，工作技能模拟综合审核，提供定制就业咨询等
进行国内外实习与现场实习学分认证、工作单位体验研修项目等现场体验教育，开设工作能力教学科目。
中心内的工作咖啡馆备有各种就业及面试、人才开发等方面的书籍，并且还建立了企业信息资料室，可以查阅面试题目、企业信息、校友信息等等。

Professional counselors provide advice on psychology, personality and other issues; services include regular group psychological testing, group counseling sessions by theme, and helping students to explore career options based on their aptitude and to conduct successful job searches
心理咨询项目
专业咨询师针对心理、性格、其他方面等给予指导意见，除此以外还实行定期集体心理调查、各项专题的集体咨询，探索和设计适合每个人的前途。
