一、申请要求
1、《外国人入境审批表》1份， 须加盖邀请单位和所属镇(街)或市直单位的意见和公章。
2、由邀请单位出具的邀请信原件一式2份，邀请信须用邀请单位函头或信头纸打印，内容文字须为中文，并注意区分商务和工作邀请，同时须加盖邀请单位公章(邀请信模式可下载，如果邀请单位没有函头纸或信头纸，可用普通A4白纸把公司的名字和联系方式写上去，处理成函头纸或信头纸也可) 外国人来华邀请函大全集。
3、邀请单位的营业执照和机构代码证复印件各一式2份，并加盖邀请单位公章(营业执照和机构代码证两者都需提交，特别注意是该复印件上需要有上一年度的年审)。
4、被邀请人的护照复印件和最近1-2次来华签证复印件一式2份(注意每一页都要加盖邀请单位公章)。
5、如办理来华入境工作申请，还须附《外国人就业许可证》的复印件一式2 份，并加盖邀请单位公章(《外国人就业许可证》正反两面均需复印，并提交原件核对)。
6、邀请单位保证书一式2份，须企业法人签名和加盖邀请单位公章。
7、在非原籍国办理签证需提供拟办理签证国的有效居留证件或官方出具的工作签证复印件一式2份，并加盖邀请单位公章。
8、赴非原籍国办签证的还需要提供《赴xx办理签证说明函》一式2份，加盖邀请单位公章(xx为非原籍国，如赴香港办理签证说明函，内容详细说明需要赴非原籍国办理签证而不回本籍国办理的理由，字数不少于200字，必须用公司函头纸或信头纸出具)。
9、其他补充材料(视申请签证而定，如是工作者家属陪同来华定居，请提供相关亲属证明文件)。
二、办理流程
1、各邀请单位需明确邀请外国人的法律责任，并详细真实地准备好全部材料，《外国人入境审批表》需公司法人本人签名并盖公章。(面试网)
2、邀请单位持《外国人入境审批表》和相关文件到所在镇(街)政府审批，一般是通过镇(街)的外经办(局)报送该镇(街)主管外经的镇领导审批。如获批准，镇(街)主管领导需在《外国人入境审批表》加具意见和签名，并加盖镇政府公章。
3、经过所在镇(街)政府审批后，把上述全部材料提交至市外事局签证科，市外事局签证科会根据团组的具体实际情况按照省外办要求进行材料审核，填妥《邀请确认函》，函请省外办审发。
4、省外办在收到报送材料后，在规定的工作日内审发《邀请确认函》，并将《邀请确认函》寄回市外事局;
5.邀请单位通过我局网站公布的办理结果，前往市外事局签证科免费领取《邀请确认函》原件，并通过正确的方式转交申请人，在其申办签证时使用。
