King's Residences Open Day
King's Residences are opening their doors to prospective students and parents on Saturday 8 April 2017 from 10:00 - 14:00. You will have the opportunity to visit all of our residences, meet current residents and view the different room types we have on offer.
Important booking information:
If you are attending more than one residence you will need to purchase a ticket for each individual residence. If more than one person is attending you will each need an individual ticket.
Please look at the map of our residences below to plan your time. Please note that the furthest distance between residences is between Stratford One and Champion Hill. This is approximately 50 minutes.
There will be an open information session at Stamford Street Apartments Lecture Theatre from 2:00 - 3:00pm. Tickets are limitied so if you would like to attend you will need to register for this also.
If you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket through Eventbrite.
You will be sent a full programme one week before the event.
Please print your ticket(s) and bring it with you on the day.

Life in Residences
Living away from home can sometimes be a daunting and new experience for some. At King's Residences we endeavour to make the transition to university an enjoyable one.
Every year we provide accommodation to over 5,000 students. We work closely with a number of departments across King's College London to provide and maintain comfortable, safe, and secure community to all residents. We have a dedicated Student Experience and Welfare team who watch over our students whilst they are living in residences.
Wardens and Residence Associates (RAs) work as part of our Student Experience and Welfare team, and live within the residences to ensure that our students are safe and comfortable. We also work closely with the King's College London Student Union (KCLSU) and Student Services to provide access to the necessary support to all our residents.
King's ResiLife is our Residence Life programme. This programme provides residents with information, activies and sessions that have been built around making the most of your time in residences. Whether you are looking learn new skills, join a sporting team or just want to meet new people ResiLife is for you. Visit the King's ResiLife blog for information.

How to Apply
Every year King's Residences houses over 5,000 students across 11 of their residences. Our residences provide a safe and inclusive living space for students to grow both academically and personally. By applying to live in our residences you are opening up a world of possibilities.
Whilst we endeavour to accommodate all students who submit an application for accommodation, please be aware we are only able to allocate students who meet the criteria identified in our accommodation application.
