2021年考研英语：小作文的写作逻辑
一、道歉信
道歉信用于表示歉意并请求对方宽容。社交书信中的道歉信用于因失约或其他疏忽、过失或耽搁等向他人道歉，其文体的正式程度视双方关系而定。熟人间的私人道歉信语气较随意，信文简短，有的可视为便条;因业务往来需向对方道歉时用语相对正式，语气较前者更为严肃。在实际社会交往中，道歉信需写得及时、态度要诚恳，用词需谦逊，原因要属实。
道歉信的结构框架如下：
1.向对方表示歉意或内疚;
2.说明、解释原因并提出补救办法或承担损失;
3.再次致以歉意或期望得到谅解。
注意事项：
①熟人间的道歉信中，因失约、疏忽、耽搁等道歉应尽可能提供合理的原因;

二、询问信
询问信通常用于了解情况、信息或请求帮助。典型的询问信包括询问考试事宜或入学资格、询问物品购买信息、询问相关手续的办理情况、征询求职信息、了解相关活动安排及失物查询等。
询问信语言通常比较正式，语气较委婉、客气，字里行间应带有感激之意。在句型上要避免或少用疑问句，直接发问会显得咄咄逼人或给对方造成压力，影响相互间的愉快交往。使用一些陈述句其实也能起到提问的作用，且显得语气和缓。
询问信的结构框架如下：
1.陈述写信的目的或原因
2.具体、明确地说明所询问的事项
3.概括结尾，表示感谢，催请答复或期望考虑等
注意事项：
①写一般性询问信时通常需说明自己的身份;

三、辞职信
辞职信是向工作单位辞去职务时需要写的正式书信，希望收信人能接受辞职请求。因为辞职信用于告知收信人自己离职的意向，请求收信人同意自己离职，因此此类信件应该客气、礼貌，不应过多表达消极情绪，或直接表达写信人的不满。在信件结构上，要注意避免冗长的开场白，以免让人觉得写信人是在绕圈子或耍诡计。
