研究生面试自我介绍
感谢学校能给我这次争取进修研究生的机会，也非常荣幸能够在这里和各位老师面对面的交流。首先请允许我做个自我介绍，梁伟超，河北沙河人，本科阶段主修市场营销专业。除了具有比较强的逻辑思维和系统思维能力，过去的一年多时间，通过参加创业计划竞赛，对管理专业的知识掌握比较熟练。有信心能够胜任研究工作。
之所以读研究生，主要基于以下三点原因，一是对管理学的浓厚兴趣，希望能够做一些更深入的研究；一是为实现咨询师的梦想，需要更深层次地自我发展。二是实践的需要，立志在三年研究中建立一套属于自己的全方位管理模式，用于指导中小企业（尤其是家族企业）的管理提升。
