很多孩子在面试的过程中都会有一些紧张的情绪。
孩子该如何消除小升初面试中的紧张情绪呢?
1.一定要对自己充满自信。
其实面试就是一个与考官面对面交流的过程，通过这种交流让考官在十分钟甚至是五分钟之内了解到孩子的优点。
很多孩子之所以会胆怯紧张，很大程度上都是因为缺乏自信，尤其是一些性格比较内向，自尊心又很强的孩子，他们往往认为自己不如别人。
实际上，并不是自己不行，而是自卑心理在作祟。
如果自己都觉得自己不优秀，没有人会觉得你优秀。

2.一定要在平时加强训练，找机会多参加一些类似的活动。
造成紧张的另外一个原因就是缺乏这方面的.训练。

3.在面试的前两天还有一些需要注意的地方。

第一种办法就是深呼吸。
尝试着在等候的时间，闭起眼睛，连续做几次深呼吸，最好是腹式呼吸，试一试，能否在一分钟内只完成一次深呼吸。
深呼吸有助于放缓快速的心跳，从而消除各类颤抖。
第二种办法是拌怪脸法。
通过拌怪脸，歪嘴扭唇，抬鼻斜眼，放松面部肌肉。
如果能对着小镜子看到自己的古怪样子，一定会忍俊不禁的笑出声，一切牵肠挂肚的念头就都消失了。
第三种办法就是临场活动法。
由于紧张的情绪会使人产生大量的热能，所以考试前可以稍稍的活动一下，使热量散发出去。
小跑几步，走动走动，踢踢腿之类的都可以。
这样紧张的情绪就可以得到缓解，但是注意不要剧烈运动。
其实以上消除紧张的方法，在平时其他的活动中，如果紧张了，也可以适用。
