经过小学语文教师实习我明白了要想了解小学生对课文的理解程度，有一个不错的办法，让他朗读课文，带给自己对课文的理解有感情的去朗读。
小学的课文在选择时是很讲究的，每一篇课文我们都能学到好多东西，不只是对小学生，对于每一个人，尤其是经历了许多人情世故的人，更需要学习一下小学的课文。《钓鱼的启示》告诉我们，道德只是个简单地是非的问题，实践起来却很难。生活中有很多条那样大的“鱼”，而没有几个人能正确处理这条“鱼”。《通往广场的路不止一条》告诉我们，生活中遭遇到了失败，发现眼下的路到达不了目的地，我们可以多找几条其他的路试试。《落花生》告诉我们，人要做有用的人，不要做只讲体面而对别人没有好处的人。《珍珠鸟》告诉我们，信赖，往往创造出美好的境界。实习期间我也经常阅读读小学课本，几多收获，几多感慨。
在实习期间，我也经常登上讲台给学生上课。印象最深的就是讲的一堂哲理短文课，为了讲好这篇哲理小短文，我从几天前就开始准备了。但真正讲下来，并不是那么如意，我也对此进行了深刻的自我反思。在导入部分，整体来说，还是比较满意的，但对于同学们对：“条条大路通罗马”的理解估计错误，还好有少数同学理解，没有影响教学的正常进行。在字词教学时，出现了一个错误，就是在生字教学上，新的生词我也组了词，这样束缚了孩子们的思维，应该给他们更大的空间，让他们自己进行组词，我应该充当引导的角色。在对课文讲解和对中心思想进行升华时，我的总结过少，以至于感觉没有讲透，应该进行总结和引导。在整个教学中，我发现了自己一个很大的问题，就是对课堂的掌控能力不足。当然，这其中有主、客观两个方面的原因。当然主观原因是主要原因，和我的能力有关，和自己的经验有关。总结了这次的教训，我在以后的教学中慢慢改进，取得了很大的进步。
通过这次的小学语文教师实习，我发现了自身的不足之处，也积极的在改正，为将来正式步入教师行业奠定坚实的基础。

20xx年2月8日至4月8日，我在珠海市香洲区前山中学实习，这是一所省一级学校，环境优美，设施完备，师资力量雄厚。回到母校实习，虽然面对熟悉的环境，熟悉的老师，但是学校还是发生了很大的变化，所以我还是得花一定时间和精力去适应。因此在实习中，我采用了看、问等方式，对前山中学的日常教学管理工作的开展有了一定的了解。回顾我的实习生活，感触是很深的，收获是丰硕的，以下，是我的自我鉴定，也算工作总结。
“学为人师，行为世范”，是每个老师都应该遵循的，是对老师行为的一个规范。实习期间，我很注意自身的品德行为，努力给学生树立一个良好的榜样。因为我教的是高中，而这个时候老师是学生最直接最容易的学习对象，作为高中老师，做好自身行为规范、为学生树立一个良好的学习榜样是很重要的，这也是我对自身的要求。因为我与学生的年龄相近，因而共同话题比较多，同学们对我们既有新鲜感，又觉得我们亲切。这是我们实习老师的优势，我们应该充分利用这个优势，接近学生，尝试进入他们的内心世界，了解他们。
在这一个月里面，我教的是高二，带的是高二（6）班。我在高二（1）班、高二（5）、高二（6）班一共上了9节语文课。讲过作文指导课——讴歌亲情，学习写得充实，讲过张若虚的《春江花月夜》，讲过杜甫的《登岳阳楼》。我还代过李书记上了两节德美课——演讲与口才，我定一个演讲题目，让他们即兴演讲，然后我针对他们的演讲情况作总结，并响应他们的要求给他们作演讲示范。我更代过化学老师马老师上过2节化学选修2，他们在做练习题，我盯着，并维持纪律。上过两节高二（6）班的班会课，一节是主题为“向往大学”的主题班会，另一节是伤感的告别班会。我更上了很多节自习课（星期一、二、三、四第九节），主要任务是维持纪律和辅导学生。指导老师陆老师和级长张老师都教给我好多东西，真的很感谢他们。
作为实习班主任，带领学生参加锻炼，带领该班学生早读、课间操时维持秩序，做了几名后进生的细致的思想工作，筹办了“向往大学”主题班会。主题班会的举办非常成功，引起了学生对大学的强烈向往，让他们找到奋斗目标，重拾信心面对高考，并让他们知道，高考并不可怕，它只是一次选拔考试，所以应该以平常心对待。我还传授了一些文科生的复习经验、心得给他们，让他们更深入地了解高考。
在整个实习期间，我本着对学生负责的态度尽全力做好每一件事情，因而得到同学们的喜爱和肯定，他们不仅是我的学生，更是我的知心朋友。每次上完课，学生都会给我提很多宝贵意见，并且会鼓励我再努力，不断取得进步。
大家都说现在的学生越来越难教，做老师的成就感越来越少。我觉得不然，我相信每个学生心中都住着一个天使，这个天使就是我们教育学生的最佳助手，只要充分利用这个助手，就根本不存在教不好的学生。
因此我认识到，要教好学生，首先要学生接受你，喜欢你，不然一切都无从谈起。现在的学生都很有个性，他们不喜欢你，就要跟你对着干，排斥你，那你就无从入手，吃力又不讨好了，更不用说改变他们了。在实习期间，我与同事相处融洽，他们都对我很友善，而且乐于给我很多教学上的宝贵建议。虽然我的身份是个老师，但我不是把他们当作我的同事，而是把他们当作是我的师长，虚心想他们讨教很多教育教学经验。
这次实习令我感受颇多。一方面，我深感知识学问浩如烟海，使得我不得不昼夜苦读；另一方面我也深深地体会到教学相长的深刻内涵。比如在我从事教育教学活动时，对课堂上发生的突然事件的处理能力不够强，没注意到在教学中渗透情感价值观的教育，更重要的是我的课堂气氛不够活跃。
作为一个语文老师，基础知识要扎实，知识面要很广，平时要关心身边事，并把它们灵活地渗透于教学当中。因为现在的学生接受信息的渠道很多，知识面也很广，他们提问的问题有时候很深入，这对老师而言是一个很大的挑战，所以我们要不断充实自己，以迎接学生的挑战。
我们在课堂上教授学生知识固然重要，但更重要的是育人。因此要注意在教学中渗透情感价值观的教育。因为现在的社会很复杂，诱惑很多，对学生的不良影响很大，学生或多或少会受到不良信息的影响，因而出现人生观、世界观、价值观的偏差，我们在教学中一发现这些问题，就要充分利用教学资源，灵活地纠正学生的人生观、世界观、价值观所出现的偏差。告诉他们什么是对的，什么是应该做的，什么是不应该做的。
所以备课一定要充分，备课的时候要充分考虑各种细节问题，还要从教学内容中找到学生的兴奋点，要做到在快乐中学习。上课时要注重“以学生为本”，当好一个引导者的角色，把课堂主导权交给他们，让他们在课堂的舞台上充分发挥，充分展现自我。而且老师在上课的时候一定要保持发自内心的微笑，让学生感到老师给他们讲课很快乐，他们自然也会受到老师的感染，愉快地学习了。
在这一个月的实习中，我受益匪浅，让我有机会将理论与实践有机地结合起来。站在教育的最前线，面对一双双求知的眼睛，心中倍感任重而道远。我一定要不断努力学习，不断自我增值，在工作中做好个人工作计划，做一位勤劳、优秀的园丁，把祖国的花朵浇灌得更加艳丽多彩。
