同样，在我们的学习中，仅有自信也是不够的，自信就应与努力有机地结合起来。时常见到有部分同学在考试前没有一丝紧张，满怀自信地步入考场。但考试过后，这部分同学中有的分数挺高，有的分数却羞于见人。为什么呢因为前者既自信，又刻苦认真地学习;后者是单有自信，却未付出努力。这两类同学看上去都是充满信心去考试，但由于平时知识的积累不一样，后果就截然不同。
所以说，我们做人，就应当先做一个满腹经书，然后才充满自信的人。因为自信只是一种虚无的力量，想要成功，就得让自信依附于“实干”这一燃烧自信的机械上，以使自信发挥出它应有的力量。

法国着名浪漫主义作家罗曼·罗兰曾说过：“人能在一生之中取得成功，亦必只有一个源头，而这个源头唯有自信。”那么大家知道到底什么是自信吗?自信就是对自身力量的确信，坚信自己一定可以做成某事，实现所追求的目标。俗话说得好：“这个世界是由自信创造出来的，力量是成功之本，自信是力量的源泉。”自信在我们的学习、生活、工作中具有巨大的推动力。
一代文学宗师韩愈，他初次应试，就名落孙山。但当他再次应考时，面对相同的考题，竟然大胆地把原来的文章一字不漏的递到了同一位考官的手中。也正是这位考官，当即对这名斗胆呈来相同考卷的学生大为赏识，把它取为第一名。韩愈的这一举动，在某些“正统派”的眼中，大概是十分荒.唐、十分放肆的。真是有点像“螳臂挡车——不自量力”。然而，放肆也好，不自量力也罢，韩愈却偏偏成功了!他成功的秘诀是什么?——对!就是自信!

《韩非子·和氏篇》中记述了卞和献美玉的故事。卞和为了让美玉光耀人间，先失去左脚，又失去右脚，却始终不悔初衷，终于遇到慧眼识宝的人，使和氏璧成为稀世珍宝。倘若卞和被砍掉左足之后，对宝玉的真伪产生了怀疑和动摇，将其抛在深山峡谷之中，纵然宝玉再好，也只能与乱石为伍。但令人们敬佩的正是卞和的自信：“只要是真正的宝玉，总会有慧眼识宝的人。”最终，他成功了!
自信的人，懂得“天生我才必有用”的道理，依靠着必胜的信心，在艰苦的搏击中，驶向成功的彼岸!
欧洲大革命时代的拿破仑有这样一句脍炙人口的名言：“不想当将军的士兵不是好士兵”。同样“不敢当将军的士兵同样不是好士兵”。对于这一点，我深有体会。
同学们一定都想知道我学习的秘诀是什么?其实答案很简单——那就是自信。只有相信自己，才能在克服学习和生活中的困难时，爆发出无穷的勇气，才能有战胜困难的力量。试问一个人如果连看一眼困难的勇气和信心都没有，谈何战胜困难，谈何走向成功?不是有这样一句话吗?“自信的人不一定会成功，但不自信的人绝对不会成功。”所以要成功，首先便要自信。
最后我送大家一句话：“一分自信，一份成功，十分自信，十分成功。”

美国作家海伦、凯勒说过，对于凌驾于命运之上的人来说，信心是命运的主宰，人之所以“能”，是因为信“能”-----信心是人的征服者，它战胜了人，又存在于人的心中，每个人都渴望成功，为成功而拼搏，就像前往一个遥远的圣地，道路艰难且漫长，你 用什么去战胜胆怯从而达到光明的未来?心理学认为：自信就是自己相信自己，就是对自己应该做的事情有必胜的决心和意志，就是对自己未来永远充满希望的心理体验，自信，是成功的基石!“我自信，我快乐”即是真理。
自信，是一种明亮而不刺眼的光辉，一种圆润而不逆耳的声响，一种骄傲而不自负的姿态，也是一种不向周围申诉求告的大气，一种理会哄闹的微笑，一种洗刷了偏激的淡漠，一种并不陡峭的高山，我自信，我快乐-----即使每个人的背后都有无数这样那样的故事，光鲜，或者不堪的，他们都像一摞摞日记本里反复强调的那样，前一句写了愤 或忧伤，后一句一定要跟上“我相信明天不是这样”，微笑着去唱生活的歌谣，不去埋怨生活给予的太多坎坷，我们需要的是自信面对。
自信，不止像企鹅那样静静地站在海边翘首以盼机会的来临，而是如雄鹰一般不停的翻飞翱翔，相信自己一定能够;自信，不是面对峰回路转，杂草丛生的前途枉自感叹，而是勇敢的向前，披荆斩棘，举步探索;自信，不是拘泥于命运的禁锢，听凭命运摆布的提线木偶，而是奋力敲击其神秘的门扉，使之洞开一个新的天地···
在这个世界上，一星陨落，黯然不了星光灿烂;一花凋零，荒芜不了整个春天，所以如果你想画满一面长墙，除了相信自己能调出最微妙的色彩，没有别的事情对描绘更有意义;如果你想用镜头记录每朵花的姿态，除了相信自己能寻找到一路花香的街道，没有别的机会能为神奇的念头而增色-----不要迟疑，要像惊蛰时的声响一样，像花朵萌发时的色彩一样，像千千万万不为人知却又结结实实发生的故事一样，一个敢于为自己纵情描绘的长卷，终会有挥毫泼墨的尾声!!
最后，每一个曾经、马上、即将面对考验的同学，请努力，请一直努力，骄傲地昂头说：我自信，我快乐!!!

伟大的科学家爱因斯坦在小时候被老师认为是低能儿。一次，他面对愠怒的老师，不慌不忙地从书桌下举起另两只粗陋的小板凳，解释道：“这是我第一次做的，这是我第二次做的……刚才那个是我第三次做的。他们虽然不太令人满意，但我努力了，即使进步是微小的。”
这段话实在发人深思。如果换为我们，而对老师严厉的责备，会怎样做?我会涨红了脸默不作声，任凭老师无情的指责而毫不解释，麻木不仁;我也许还会无可奈何地说：“我已经努力了，但我真的是力不从心，我很笨。”于是，我会深深地抱怨自己拙劣的手工技能，我常规的做法与想法表现的是我很自卑，认为自己无能为力。而爱因斯坦那一番精辟的话则显得他十分自信，面对这微小的进步自信而不自负，让人敬佩。我想，爱因斯坦以后之所以能够干出一番惊天动地的伟业，原因就在此吧。
“人贵有自信”，不错的，没有自信心的人就会变得自卑;自信心过强的人又容易骄傲。纵观古今中外，这样的事例不是比比皆是吗?当代儿童文学作家严文井年轻时曾报考过四所大学，但四次考试均以失败告终。在这名落孙山之时，连他父亲都对他另眼相看。严文井没有彷徨苦闷，更没有自轻自贱，而是自信地说：“决不能让自己这么平庸的活下去。”于是，他利用自己在北京当小职员的机会，秉烛夜读，刻苦练习写作，阅读了大量书籍，终于写出了许多脍炙人口的佳作，成为我国当代的儿童文学作家。
在广东也曾有过这样的一件事：一个12岁的少年就学会了微积分，可谓是个熠熠发光的小神童，但由于他过于自信，骄傲得甚至让自己在生活上放任自流，在学习上得过且过，最后竟落得高考名落孙山，只好到一个工厂去做了临时工的境地。
大量事实告诉我们：自信也是具有两重性的。当一个人屡屡失败，心灰意冷，他需要振奋，需要自信，这时自信会给他带来勇气和力量，使他为成功而奋斗。相反，过于自信，就会沾沾自喜，夜郎自大，至使成功的彼岸离他愈来愈远，他便会被时代的飞速发展所淘汰。
我终于大彻大悟：真正自信的人，不是妄自菲薄;真正自信的人，不是自惭形秽。

在这万象更新，生机盎然的季节里，我们欢聚一堂隆重举行“三八国际妇女节”101周年庆祝活动。学校为我们安排了这样一次意义非凡的演讲比赛，虽然我知道所有的参赛选手中, 我的年龄，虽然我知道高手如云，后生可畏。但我还是来了，第一，我认为自己还年轻，第二，我喜欢这样的活动，第三，我自信。
自信的女人是最美丽的，不是吗?你看这边的周建红老师自信又美丽。自信就是一种乐观的胸怀，一种积极的精神，一种执著的信念，一种严谨的作风。在改革开放的现代社会里，在竞争激烈的今天，自信显得尤为重要。
虽然自信与自卑只是一字之差，但其意义却大相径庭，自信是阳光，是海岸，是蓝天，它可以送你走上成功之路;自卑，是阴云，是礁石，是暴风雨，它可以把你从阳光大道推向无底深渊。我们生活在这样一个富足而又美好的时代里，工作在这样一个和谐而又优美的的校园环境里，我们应该都很自信，不必自卑。
回首我的工作历程，我八八年参加工作，到现在已二十二年了，当了十二年的班主任，先后调动了五次工作，不管我曾经多么出色，每到一个新的单位，我都要从零开始，以自己秀的一面展现给新的学校。在这二十二年里，我自信自强，我刻苦努力，我无怨无悔。二十二年，我可以说：我无愧于党的教育事业。
我来箴言已七年了，刚来的时候，我既高兴又担心，担心的是：第一，那时我还没被正式调入。第二，我听说做一名箴言的女理科老师很难，何况我还没上过高三呢。不过，我还是很自信，鼓足勇气来了。当时学校只安排了我一个班，217班，我知道这是领导在考验我，那一年，是挑战自我的一年，那一年是我工作最艰难的一年，那一年是我能否在箴言站稳脚跟的一年。我几乎天天和学生在一起，为他们排忧解难，有时候晚自习在教室里一站就是两，三个小时，真的是腰酸背疼，唇焦舌燥啊。
一份耕耘一份收获，我的工作态度和工作业绩受到了领导们的肯定。后来我被正式调入了箴言，而且这一届我还顺利的上到了高三。我记得**年学校给了我一个三等功，**年学校又评选我为毕业班优秀任课教师出席毕业班工作表彰大会，我知道这是领导对我工作的的褒奖。这些对于有的人来说算不了什么荣誉，但对于我，一个进高中六年，进箴言才四年的四十岁的女数学老师来讲真的是太大的荣誉了，这太让我感动了，真的真的感谢学校领导，感谢我所在的年级组。这让我感到无比荣幸和自豪，从此我变得更加自信了，到现在我还总是以此来激励自己更加努力的工作。无论是教一个班，两个班，还是三个班，我都是勤勤恳恳，任劳任怨，精益求精，奋勇争先。
