很高兴出席中欧工商峰会。今年是中国同欧盟建立外交关系40周年。中国有句古话，“四十而不惑”，说的是一个人经过40年的成长与积淀，对事物应该有更理性、更清晰的认识。中欧关系经过40载风雨历程的考验，日趋成熟稳定，正处在谋划未来、大有作为的关键时期，寄托着双方民众的无限期待。
