　　一、【党和国家领导人向抗战烈士敬献花篮】新华网北京9月3日电 9月3日是中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利69周年纪念日。上午，党和国家领导人习近平、李克强、张德江、俞正声、刘云山、王岐山、张高丽等来到中国人民抗日战争纪念馆，与首都各界代表一起，向抗战烈士敬献花篮。

　　中国人民抗日战争胜利纪念日由十二届全国人大常委会第七次会议于2014年2月27日确定。经会议表决，将9月3日确定为中国人民抗日战争胜利纪念日，今天是纪念日确定以来首次纪念活动。此前，中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席习近平于2014年7月7日出席了全民族抗战爆发77周年纪念活动，并发表重要讲话。

　　二、【中国医疗损害每年致死40万人(多因不安全用药)】

　　中国红十字会统计显示，我国每年医疗损害事件造成约40万人非正常死亡，是交通事故致死人数的4倍。其中，致死原因很大一部分是不安全用药。不遵医嘱、不按说明书、盲目用药等这些看似微不足道的用药误区，可能会损害公众健康，甚至造成一幕幕致残致死的家庭悲剧。针对公众普遍存在的安全用药问题，国家食品药品监督管理总局将于9月1日至10月31日，全面开展2014年“全国安全用药月”活动。

　　五、【教育部：推动公办学校骨干教师交流轮岗】新华网北京9月2日电 教育部、财政部、人力资源社会保障部2日出台文件，提出义务教育阶段公办学校校长、副校长在同一所学校连续任满两届后，原则上应交流;在同一所学校连续任教达到地方教育行政部门规定年限的专任教师均应交流轮岗。这份《关于推进县(区)域内义务教育学校校长教师交流轮岗的意见》提出，用3至5年实现县(区)域内校长教师交流的制度化、常态化，以达到师资资源的均衡配置。根据中央部署，我国到2020年，将率先在县(区)域内实现城乡均衡发展。实行公办学校校长教师交流轮岗，对绝大多数地区而言，主要是在县(区)域内操作。意见指出，城镇学校、优质学校每学年教师交流轮岗的比例不低于符合交流条件教师总数的10%，其中骨干教师交流轮岗应不低于交流总数的20%。
