　　年年月月总相似，月月年年各不同。又是一年年底，2013年最后的几场托福考试，引得人们擦拳磨掌，同时2015年申请的人们，也已经蓄势待发，同时第一个棘手的问题，也已经摆在了我们的面前。我们如何才能报名2014年的托福考试呢?2014年的托福考位也是需要抢的么?

　　对于这些棘手的问题，且听无老师细细道来。

　　首先第一个问题，就是2014年托福考位何时放出，这个基本上会在11月底前后，去年也是这个时间，换句话说，基本上一个月内，2014年托福考位就要发放了。

　　然后，对于0基础用户来说，得到一个考位的流程应该是这样的，

　　第一步，在NEEA网站上http://toefl.etest.net.cn/ ，注册一个ID，在这里特别提示，

　　1、这个网站，你自己是不能选择用户名的，他会给你一个ID，这个ID你要拿笔记下来，最好记在手机里，将来常常需要。

　　2、填写过程当中的邮寄地址一定要正确!因为你将来的纸质成绩单会寄送到这个地址。

　　3、因为NEEA的网站做的不够好，而且登陆的人很多，大家可以想象一下12306网站和无老师网站报分时的网速，因此如果你注册不成功的话，建议在凌晨12点左右注册，那个时候人少了，就好注册了。

　　第二步，用你刚才注册的用户名和密码登陆NEEA网站，在报名网站当中点击付款，充入1500元报名费，在这里，请注意，你只能用中国银行、工商银行、招商银行的网银，其他银行都不行，没有网银也不行。请注意，有时钱会马上进入NEEA账户，有时则会需要1-2个小时，这是很正常的，不用担心。因此也建议各位考友提前注册，提前把资金充入账户。

　　第三步，当钱已经进入账户之后，点击“注册考试”，选取你想考试的省份或者城市(非直辖市，是不能选择所在城市的)，只能选择你自己的省，以及考试日期，先查询是否有考位，如果有考位的话，则在该考场右面，有一个“注册”按钮，点击这个按钮即可开始报名。

　　在接下来的流程当中有如下几条建议，各位考友一定要注意。

　　第一、在接下来的流程当中，会有4所可以免费送分的学校，无老师建议暂时先不填，等到考试前2周再填写，而且可以考虑就是不填写，因为如果一旦填写，那么你如果对于自己的口语和作文评分有疑问的话，就不能复议自己的成绩了(名词解释：复议也就是对于主观题，如口语和作文，如果你觉得对自己的评分不正确，可以付费要求重新评分。

　　第二、在注册过程中，会有一步，问你是否愿意将你自己的信息加入到ETS的信息搜索项目中，建议这一步不要分享你的信息，因为如果一旦分享的话，ETS就会把你的成绩交给海外院校，接下来海外院校就会不停的给你发广告邮件，打电话。很多人会说，是ETS把你的信息卖掉了，但是实际上ETS是在这里取得了你本人的“授权”的，当然，这个“授权”是在你本人不了解相关信息的情况下给出的授权。

　　第三、在刚刚放出考位的第一天，会有很多人在争抢考位，因此，有可能你的注册号没有马上给你，这没有问题，考试号会在接下来...

　　托福(TOEFL)难度增加

　　阅读题十大题型中的指代题不再单出了，而是深入到其他题型。比重最大的是词汇题和细节题。

　　听力板块考试整体难度提升，尽管题型基本没有变，依旧是对话和模拟课堂，以教育类为主，但今年的发音增加了一些英式英语，相比原来的纯美式英语，考生可能会不太适应，觉得比较难听懂。

　　写作题难度系数没有变大，但题目更趋于生活化，会出现一些类似口语题的题目，像“我的穿着决定我的性格”等。独立写作部分的考题，把一些热门常考类(教育类)话题和日常生活的小例子结合在一起。综合写作部分，依旧是生物类为主体，但是艺术类的题目比重加大了。

　　托福拿高分妙招

　　托福要拿高分，首先要拿下阅读题的分。这个要看基本功，尤其是词汇量，能把题目中提到的细节，上下句看懂。可以使用一些应试的技巧，比如排除法，将几个选项的关键词，都去原文套一遍，依次排除不靠谱的选项。

　　听力板块不建议大家专门去找英式英语听，关键还是要调整考试心态。英式和美式发音是有区别，但不是本质上的区别，只要在背单词时，把每个单词本身的读音搞清楚，到时肯定都能听懂。

　　写作的训练讲究长期性，最好把去年的北美题做一遍，不是每一篇都要写，但起码是把思路理一遍。

　　另外，托福会有加试部分，看看类似提醒是否适合考试，不计分。目前加试题只出现在阅读和听力板块，但究竟哪道是加试题并不会专门标注出，考生应认真对待每道题，不要抱侥幸心理。

　　Topaz is a hard, transparent mineral. It is a compound of aluminum, silica, and fluorine. Gem topaz is valuable. Jewelers call this variety of the stone "precious topaz". The best-known precious topaz gems range in color from rich yellow to light brown or pinkish red. Topaz is one of the hardest gem minerals. In the mineral table of hardness, it has a rating of 8, which means that a knife cannot cut it, and that topaz will scratch quartz.

　　The golden variety of precious topaz is quite uncommon. Most of the world's topaz is white or blue. The white and blue crystals of topaz are large, often weighing thousands of carats. For this reason, the value of topaz does not depend so much on its size as it does with diamonds and many other precious stones, where the value increases about four times with each doubling of weight. The value of a topaz is largely determined by its quality. But color is also important: blue topaz, for instance, is often irradiated to deepen and improve its color.

　　Blue topaz is often sold as aquamarine and a variety of brown quartz is widely sold as topaz. The quartz is much less brilliant and more plentiful than true topaz. Most of it is variety of amethyst: that heat has turned brown.

　　时间不够要考试了，怎么办，短时间内如何突击取巧?

　　1、主题——增加背景知识

　　有部分学生反映做阅读时很难投入进去，有一点原因就是对于文章所述内容太过陌生，如果你对其略知一二，相信定会有所不同。比如TPO中有篇文章讲到化学元素周期表，对于高中生来说再熟悉不过了，阅读的时候半读半猜，估计也可以理解的八九不离十了。

　　若考试准备时间充足，可以多加涉猎，扩充自己的知识背景;若时间紧张，则需搞定TPO套题。根据文章记忆单词，并不是文章中出现的每一个“陌生的面孔”都要去熟悉，比如一些繁琐的专有名词跳过即可。主要记忆的当然是一些动词、名词及形容词，尤其是出现在句子主干中，与解题有关的词汇。

　　除了词汇，应学会分析题干及题目，比如题干中出现了effect，conclusion之类的词，其实已经界定了我们寻找的范围——段落靠后的部分，还有就是观点性和总结性的句子永远会是考察的重点所在。做题的时候学会分析原文和选项，进行对比，比如句子简化题，做一题需要看五个长句，似乎很花费时间，但并不需要每个句子都要细看，而是先明确原句的逻辑及主干，抓住选项中的关键点与原句进行比较。
