　　1、发誓：6月不过，誓不为人。

　　2、制定四个月的长线学习计划，这种情况，至少需要两个班级的帮助。因为你自己知道你在学英语方面的自控能力。先上词汇班，再上针对四级考试培训的班级，让老师带着你复习。上课的最大好处在于，你至少能够挣扎着早起，过上一个上进的年轻人的生活;
