　　在一个国家中个人是主体。对于个人来说什么最重要呢?我想首先应该是具备文明的素质，只有当每一个人都具备了文明的素质，那么这个国家的整体素质和文明程度才能提高。文明是不爱护公物，乱扔纸屑，大声喧哗，不守纪律，不讲卫生等，这些不良的行为习惯会影响到整个学校的形象和正常的秩序。生活中随处可以看到这样的情景:一些身强体健的年轻人在公交车上,对站着的老人熟视无睹;一些中学生高谈阔论时不时从嘴里吐出脏话;一些人随手乱扔垃圾;也许有人撞了你一下,若无其事地扬长而去……每当我看到这些情形时,我总是觉得这些人严重影响了一个地方的形象，也许有的同学会为自己辩护:“区区小事,何足挂齿”?难道这真的是区区小事吗?有这种思想的同学,我想告诉你们:“你们完全错了。”刘备曾说过：“勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之”，老子也说：“天下大事，必作于细，天下难事，必作于易”，细节决定成败。
