Write an essay on the “Construction of Information superhighway System”. You are supposed to include:

本课的写作属于提纲式作文。从总体上讲，本课的写作属于议论文范畴的advantage and disadvantages 类，即要求就某一事物的优点和缺点进行阐述，然后表达自己的态度和观点。
首段：设置场景，交代写作意图。
主题段落：按照题目要求分两部分。一部分写优点，另一部分写缺点。
结尾段：表明自己的观点，得出折中的或者一边倒的结论。
写作提纲：
首段：设置场景，解释什么是信息高速公路。
主题段落：事物都有好和坏两个方面，分析信息高速公路的优点和其中包含的问题。分两个自然段来分别说明优点和缺点。
优点：提高了人们的工作效率，是人们之间的交流更加的方便和快捷。
缺点：投资巨大，而且还会带来一次阿不健康的信息，如色情和暴力。
结尾段：表明自己的观点并得出结论：信息高速公路系统利大于弊，应该大力提倡讯息高速公路系统的建设和发展。
