　　陈明是我的好朋友。每天我们一起上学，一起放学，一起学习，真可谓是是形影不离。

　　一天，我们把在手工小组做的小木船拿出来玩，大家玩得十分开心。可这时，陈明一不小心把我辛辛苦苦做的小木船摔坏了。我非常生气，就和陈明吵了起来。在争执中，陈明又把它踩坏了。这时，我又生气又伤心，一气之下，一把夺过陈明的小木船，狠狠地摔在地上。“啪”的一声，一个精致的小木船就摔坏了。可我并不觉得解气，又狠狠地踩上几脚。陈明看了看他的小木船，又瞧了瞧我，“你……你……”，“你什么你，我们绝交!”然后，我就怒气冲冲的扭头就走。

　　以后的这段日子里，我和陈明就真的断绝了来往。但随着时间的流逝，我也渐渐认识到了自己的错误，可是却不敢去跟陈明道歉，觉得这样很没有面子，也就放下了。

　　前一阵背上痒痒的，我也没在意。在泰国第二天晚上，我无意中照了一下镜子：啊，半个背部长满了一颗颗深浅不一的红痘痘。我心里有种不详的预感，莫非这是青春痘? 心里不禁咯噔一下。

　　还好痘痘长在背上，如果在脸上长满了，岂不是更倒霉，更何况还会被同学嘲笑。

　　怎么办?除掉呗!除痘大作战敲响了。

　　我坐在床上叫妈妈看。不看不知道，一看吓一跳。妈妈一边念叨着，一边拿除痘的药材。妈妈先用芦荟胶在我背上的小痘痘涂了薄薄的一层，我情不自禁地笑出了声。“有什么好笑的?”妈妈问。“痒。”我回答。涂完后，妈妈开始用手指甲掐那些成熟了的小痘痘。“诶呀，疼疼疼疼疼疼疼。”我忍不住叫出声来。妈妈停下手，说：“要不，明天再弄?” “不。”我一口回绝。妈妈又开始掐小痘痘了。我这次并没有叫喊，只是皱紧眉，眼泪在眼眶边打转，鼻子翘的老高，咬紧牙关，嘴里发出“嘶嘶”的声音。妈妈的手任然在我背上游走。一会儿，开始掐肩膀那边，诶哟哟，那个痛啊……

　　终于熬到了最后一刻，纸巾上全是痘痘里挤出来的血。我扔了纸巾，就睡觉了。刚一躺下去，我的背，那个痛啊!

　　通过这次教训，我知道了洗澡的时候要把全身洗干净，清除油脂。经常洗头，保持发型清爽、头丝清洁，使头发处于清爽状态。避免情绪紧张、暴躁，保持心情愉快。保证充足睡眠，饮食起居要正常。多摄取维他命C含量较多的蔬菜、水果。
