今天我读了法国昆虫学家法布尔的《昆虫记》，里面的一篇文章《朗格多克蝎子：高手中的高手》让我很感兴趣。

通过阅读我知道朗格多克蝎子体型巨大，长成之后可达八九厘米，身体呈干稻草的金黄色。它偏爱植被稀少的地区，酷爱独居。

最令我感兴趣的是蝎子和螳螂太太的战斗。我还以为有天生杀手身份的螳螂，再加上那长长的捕兽夹，一定会制服蝎子，结果却出乎我的意料，它虽然抓住了在它面前高高举起的蝎子的尾巴，但它对蝎子的了解太少了。它还以为这个部位跟蝎子的其它部位没什么区别，于是这个无知的可怜虫松开了它凶猛的捕兽夹。这下可惨了，蝎子反败为胜。立即伸出钳子，抓住螳螂，把鳌针扎进螳螂体内，不到一刻钟，螳螂一命呜呼了。

幽灵般的螳螂成了蝎子的腹中之物，就连那身手敏捷的狼蛛也难逃厄运。两位高手一见面，便知道遇上了对手，各自摆出了作战的架势。狼蛛挺起胸脯，露出那可怕的毒牙。蝎子不慌不忙，双钳前伸，小步逼近，不等狼蛛出手，便伸出鳌钳夹住狼蛛，举上头顶。狼蛛虽然毒针了得，但被控制在一段距离之外，只能乱踢乱蹬。

天生杀手螳螂和闪电毒手狼蛛都败在蝎子脚下，这才让我知道朗格多克蝎子真是高手中的高手。

　　雅思听力有两种主打题型，填空题和选择题，内容不会有太大的变化，相关词汇保持稳定。所以同学还要相对来说关心一下目标国的文化背景。例如选课方面的问题，租房方面的问题。听力时大家要多做一些听写，听写分两种，一种是全文听写，另一种是点式听写，全文听写不适于雅思考试，因为雅思里面没有要求你每句话都听懂。只要求你将关键字写在答题纸就即可。因此在听力过程中不要按暂停键，从头到尾听一遍，将每句话的形容词、名词、时间、地点、分数等信息听写下来，就可以达到雅思听力的目的。在当中选择重要的关键词，即名词和形容词，掌握他们以最快的速度拼写出来，或写缩写。但抄到答题纸上时不可使用任何缩写。不要过多的做全文听写，一是浪费时间，二是对考试有害。

　　首先，应从多听入手

　　如雅思剑桥系列的听力，口语录音，也可以选听适合或略高于自己水平的有趣的材料。无论是精听还是泛听，开始都不要看文字材料。精听应先把雅思录音内容从头至尾听一遍，再把听不懂的地方一遍又一遍地反复听。若有些地方实在听不懂，也应尽量听清各个音节，然后再翻开书看一看，有些影响理解的生词可查一下词典。接着再合上书从头至尾听，直到能够听懂全部内容为止。通过这样的听力训练，可促使自己提高辨音及听力理解能力。如果读过书面材料再去听录音，往往就不是耳朵在辨音，而是大脑在思索和背诵，如果看着书面材料听，则往往是自己的默读，这样达不到提高听力的目的，遇到新材料的时候就又会听不懂。PS：出国留学网有各种雅思听力材料免费下载。

　　精听也可以选用BBC和VOA的短文;泛听可以考虑口语教材或一些有趣的小故事，使自己多接触录音材料，以求熟悉英语发音，扩大知识面，提高听力。泛听可以一遍过，只要听懂大概意思就行了。听的当中遇到生词不要停下多想，因为有些生词可以在整个内容中理解。有些生词并不影响理解意思，可以不管，停下来想，反而影响听下面的内容。

　　最后，要注意说的练习
