　　所谓的最有效率的对于不同的人，答案也是不一样的。听力材料也是一样。

　　如果你在准备听力的初期，就开始使用TPO，那么毫无疑问你走了弯路。反过来，你如果一直都在使用longman以及Delta，那么你也是事倍功半。不过当然，很多人就是这么做的。

　　因此最有效率的新托福考试听力特训材料该是这样的：

　　1 如果你对于新托福听力内容完全听不懂，那么慢速VOA绝对是你第一个要练习听写的材料，然后接下来是标准速度VOA，接下来是老托福的Part C，最后是TPO。

　　2 如果你托福听力正确率能达到40%，那么建议你从标准速度VOA或者老托福的Part C开始，然后一路下来TPO。

　　3 当然如果你的正确率已经达到60-80%，那么你既不需要气馁，也不需要骄傲，虽然还有一段路要走，但是已经不是很长。这个时候，你仍然和前面一样，需要加强听写，呵呵，看到这里了，你该发现了，其实一直都没有让你做题，一直都是在告诉你做听写，什么时候做题?听写完了先!

　　你接下来要问80%以上的正确率该怎么办是吧，其实这个时候，你的能力已经得到了一定的保证，如果有兴趣，就继续拿TPO做听写，如果没有兴趣，就可以开始做题。

　　做题吗，当然还是以TPO为主。是的，你已经做完了，但是你收到效果了么?

　　答案往往是否定的，那么怎样才能收到效果呢?

　　很简单，首先比对原文，看看自己是否有听错的地方，然后接下来看错题，分析自己为什么错，最后再横向对比看自己哪些题常错，然后突击分析一下这类题的做题方法，只有经过这个过程之后，你做题材有效果，否则做了也是白做。

　　新托福听力考试中其中关于课堂演讲的部分由很多都是由一些大段的听力材料组成的。对于这部分的听力，大家既要在全局上给予理解，又要对听力材料的细节进行关注。这就要求大家在平时的练习中有意识的培养对大段材料的精听能力，那么究竟要如何锻炼呢?

　　1、首先，就是全段的听。一边用笔记下关键的词，不一定要完整的，记不要妨碍听，也就是全力听，一边听，手空出来，记下关键的单词，以听完后，提醒自己，不要管单词是否拼写完整，这样，对全段有整体的印象;

　　2、再听，不断的听，全段的听。在前面记下内容的基础上不断的补充，直到对其主要内容差不多清楚了，记下的内容也差不多可以复述这段话了，就可以进入一句一句，停顿下来精听。这两个步骤，要全段的听，中间不要停;

　　3、一句一句的听。在前面记下的内容上修改和补充，直到全篇精听完成。一些听了很多遍也没有听出来的，暂时放一放，先把全文听出来，然后再对全文整理一篇，看主要内容，意思是不是出来了。再对难点重复听几遍，看是不是有所改善;

　　4、听抄完后，对比听力原文。看自己错在哪里，这个总结很重要，可以最好，最明显的反映出你的弱处。如一些爆破音，连读，美音和英音的差别。这个总结过程是听力能力提高的关键。因为，前面的听抄是你真实水平的体现，这样就能真正的发现问题，然后再针对性的练习，提高;

　　5、最后，重复听。尤其是自己没听出来的，和听错的，直到最后都听出来。然后，脱离听力原文再听，看效果如何。以及模考一遍，看做题的效果。听长段子，做题也是有技巧的，这以后再说。
