　　一、考前一晚和当天应准备些什么

　　考试前一天晚上应对第二天要考的科目做些准备，例如考语文，应多带两支灌好同一种墨水的钢笔，避免写作时墨水用尽的窘境。为了保持卷面整洁，橡皮是必不可少的。如果是数学的话，则应该带好三角尺、圆规等作图用具，还要准备一支铅笔;中考正值夏天，因此除了文具用品，还要准备一些考试时喝的水，以及擦汗用的小毛巾、清凉油等。至于准考证，更是要专门检查一遍是否放妥了。在参加考试的当天早上，要吃一点营养丰富的东西，少喝水。不要太早或太晚到考场。到考场后应先弄清自己的座位，然后找厕所，并于考试前15分钟上一次厕所。接下来可以独自散散步，哼一支曲子，不要让乱七八糟的想法充斥大脑，如果考试当天不回家吃午饭的话，还应事先在考场附近定好吃饭的地方避免到时候因吃饭的人过多要排队等候而浪费时间。

　　二、进考场前应如何暗示自己

　　到达考场时，你可能会发现：三五成群的考生们正聚在一起紧张地交谈着：有些考生手里握着一大摞笔记正匆匆忙忙地看着;有些考生可能装出未考先知的姿态……，对此，你最好避开所有这些人，在附近找一个相对安静的地方，如大树下，花园旁边，绿草丛中，坐下来把笔记匆匆浏览一遍。倘若某个同学过来干扰你，你最好迅速离开他(她)，或者避免和他(她)讨论任何需要你动脑筋的问题。记住：千万不要在此时随便去问自己不懂的题，人家也有自己进考场前的安排。此时此刻，你唯一可以信赖的真正朋友就是你的自信。
