Pay Scale通过调查美国数百所大学的数据，公布了2015-2016美国研究生毕业生薪酬排行榜，榜单囊括美国大学MBA专业，法学博士(JD)，总结出了硕士以及博士毕业生薪酬排名，据统计看出，纵使是在美国经济不那么景气的今天，MBA和法学博士的薪酬还是非常可观的。
本次MBA&JD薪酬排名第一位的学校是埃默里大学法学院，其学生的中期薪酬可高达20万美金/年。
美国为何商法就业好?
即使是在美国经济不景气的时期，美国的商科、法律相对就业也是相对比较好的，其原因主要有三点：
一、历史文化：这要从美国的历史说起了，美国最初是由英国移民过去的，初期文化的建立是以英国文化为基础。在教育上，最初的教育发展则是以传统的商法医文为基础开始发展，先进的理论加上几百年与时俱进的发展，使得美国在商法医文方面的教育越来越先进，成为教育大国、强国。

三、全民高等教育，“总统先行”理念：美国的第35任总统约翰 F 肯尼迪曾经建议美国国民“要记得这一点：美国的最高领导人们也同时是美国最高的学者们。”加上历史文化的背景，很多美国总统都是法学相关专业的，44位总统中，一半以上(共有23人)都曾做过律师，像奥巴马就是在哈佛大学获得了JD学位。
