在申请法国院校留学的时候，有些大学是会要求学生提交2到3封的推荐信的。那该如何选择合适的推荐人呢？推荐信具体要求怎么写？赶紧来出国留学网了解下。
推荐人的选择
在申请法国的学校时，推荐信大部分都由学校的老师完成。如果候选人在社会上参加过某种活动或是做过比较有帮助的实习/工作经历也可以由活动负责人或是职场上司来写。注意以下两点：
1、注意申请项目对推荐信的要求。
法国高商大部分项目对推荐人是没有要求的，建议至少有一封推荐信由学校的老师作为推荐人。部分项目，如SAI法国高商五校联考项目的推荐信就最好两封都是学术相关的推荐信。建议同学们在找推荐人之前注意项目要求。
2、选择熟悉自己的人。
在推荐人的选择上，同学们首先要看的是这个推荐人和你有什么关联，要实事求是找到熟悉自身情况的老师，不要拉虎皮做大旗，特意找职称高而不熟悉自己的人来写。
一般来说，推荐信都是推荐人根据被推荐人的情况写下来的文书。但是我们都理解，在申请季比较紧张的时候，老师和单位上司都太忙了，没有时间来根据每个被推荐人的性格特点来撰写文书，所以大部分的时间都是申请学生自己写一份推荐信，导师做更改和认可。这个时候推荐信就需要我们自己来准备了！
推荐信写作内容
1、推荐人的背景信息。推荐人要陈述自己是谁，在哪里就职，和被推荐人是什么关系。其中最重要的就是要写清楚推荐人和申请人的关系。如果平时接触的不是很多，可以侧重说明两人一起合作的深度。无论从哪种角度，都要传达出推荐人对于被推荐人很了解，而非一面之缘的信息。
2、对被推荐人的综合评价表明推荐人对申请人个性特征的印象（学习精神、工作态度、与同学/同事相处的情形、组织领导能力、学术专长、研究能力、有无工作经验与否），并加注评语。推荐人可以先用一句或者一段话来描述申请人，然后再描述申请人的客观表现，比如平时总是会在课上举手问问题，能找到别人没注意到的细节，或者会对同班同学课上回答的问题进行积极的反馈和补充等等。等于先下定义，然后再列举例子来支撑前面的综合评价。
3、展示优秀品质和学术潜力除了课堂上的表现，推荐人还可以通过和申请人的共事过程中的体验来侧面体现申请人的优秀品质，比如：交上来的论文总是结构清晰，格式准确，来体现做事仔细，对学术认真；或者除了规定的reading list之外，申请人还经常能在课上旁征博引别的学术资源，其实也就说明这个学生有学习主动性，而且学术广度比较大。注意这里不要写推荐人不可能知道的事情，比如经常“学习到很晚”或者“经常课下和同学发邮件交流学习”等等，否则整封推荐信就会显得失真了。
最后一段总结一下。可以说说自己为什么写推荐信，谈谈申请人如果被录取，能为学校或者课题组带来什么积极贡献。段落的末尾要表达愿意提供额外的信息，比如“If you need any further information about Kate， please do not hesitate to contact me.”

接下来，教授写一些有关申请人在课堂上的表现，如完成的研究计划、实验室研究、研究报告、考试的成绩、课堂态度、讨论课的参与等，举出实例。

如果推荐人是工作主管，首先一定要仔细陈述申请人的工作职责，并对申请者工作表现作一评估。如果可能的话尽量列举实例。

第二段最后一段：可以提及申请人在班上（或公司里）的比较表现（譬如排名）：

接下来，推荐者可对申请人能否成功完成学业提出看法。举例：

如果还有其它话想说，请另写一段.例如：英文能力、沟通技巧、领导才能、特殊学术或工作背景。譬如说，如果申请人欲申请的科系是企管系，推荐者可着力描写他们有关申请人商业的专门技术、领导才能，以及申请者所参加的商业活动，例如，有关商业方面的组织社团。又如，申请人申请护理研究所，推荐者可着力描写他们关怀的态度、处理实验室的技能，或是对病人的奉献。
