　　那么这句话我们可以翻译为：

　　我们接着看2007年第49题：

　　这句话我们首先看到的是一个句型，it is difficult to ，其后紧接着就是一个由how引导的宾语从句，宾语从句中又包含一个由who引导的定语从句，定语从句一直到Constitution的位置。下面的can do...是主句的谓语。

　　句型我们已经分析的很清楚了，翻译的时候大家需要注意it is adj to do或者it is adj for sb to do句型，it是形式主语，真正的主语是不定式to do，那么在翻译的过程中，大家应该先翻译不定式，最后翻译sdj。这个句子的翻译，你还要注意定语从句翻译，其与先行词的位置关系，是放先行词前面还是放先行词的后面?

　　这些问题都搞清楚后，那么我的译文是：

　　事实上，记者如果对加拿大宪法的基本特点没有清楚地理解，那么他们就可以胜任与政治问题相关的工作，这是很难想象的。
